Head Chef - Europa Hotel
Kyle has over 15 years' experience in the hospitality industry, working in cities like London and Dublin before settling back in Belfast. His previous employment includes working for the Europa Hotel as a Junior Sous Chef before a short break from the group.
Upon returning to the group Kyle rejoined the Chef team at Europa Hotel and became the Executive Head Chef. Kyle is responsible for leading the hotel’s culinary teams, developing and creating menus with provenance for each of the hotels eateries, the Lobby Bar, Causerie, Piano Lounge and Grand Ballroom.
